Fast pace of work on construction sites interested in the Superbonus: on 30 September the deadline for completing at least 30% in single-family houses and single “independent and autonomous” real estate units. This limit is necessary to obtain the measure equal to 110% and the tax credit for the works completed by 31 December 2022, given this date that concerns the interventions carried out by individuals on villas or houses in multi-family buildings, but functionally independent in the systems with access autonomous outside (an example is the apartment inside a condominium that has access from the private garden, as well as from the courtyard shared with the other condominiums).
