The block on the transfer of tax credits from building bonuses decided by the government’s decree of 16 February is causing problems for which it seems difficult to find a balance. Also because the blocking of sales relating to work started after the publication of the decree adds to what has in fact already been recorded on the market for months: the value of problem loans in fact is close to 20 billion euros. More than 300 amendments have been presented in Parliament for conversion into law and some solutions are emerging, which however at first glance present some critical points of no small importance.
