The Council of Ministers has approved the legislative decree on the transfer of building bonus credits. The approval, the same sources explain, was unanimous. And it provides for an important squeeze: it will no longer be possible to make the option of the discount on the invoice or the transfer of tax credits for tax bonuses. «For the purposes of coordinating public finances, public administrations», reads the decree, «cannot be assignees of tax credits».
