The deadline for delivery of the Cila and the hypothesis extension

With the Aiuti quater decree, the Meloni government has made a series of changes to the Superbonus. The intention was to simplify the whole system – very articulated and bureaucratically complicated – which involves all measures related to the building sector. But the deadline set for Friday 25 November for the consignment of the Cila (sworn notice of commencement of works) by the condominiums to keep the subsidy rate at 110% instead of seeing it reduced to 90%, may have had the reverse effect. So much so that within the majority the parties are discussing whether and how to give an extension for the presentation of the documentation. Forza Italia, for example, has proposed to postpone it to 31 December. «The current term is impossible to respect – the party points out – and risks generating disputes both between the client and professionals, and between private individuals and the public administration. We will ask for a postponement of a couple of months to allow the ongoing procedures to be completed positively ».
