Superbonus, the credit unlocker arrives (from 2022)
The solution to the issue of the transfer of credits relating to the 2022 works, jeopardized by the blockade imposed by the Superbonus decree, is about to arrive in the Finance Committee of the Chamber. Thus, an extension of the deadline of 31 March (provided for by the 2020 relaunch decree) to 30 November is envisaged in order to have the tax discount of 110%, paying a fine in the tax return; for works carried out on single-family homes and independent housing units, however, the extension goes to 30 June. The amendment was reformulated by the rapporteur Andrea De Bertoldi (FdI) together with the combined provision of a remission “in bonis” by the Revenue Agency. Let’s see what the change entails.
