For credits communicated by 31 March 2023

The provision signed on 18 April by the Revenue Agency, in implementation of the latest regulatory changes relating to restructuring bonuses, has allowed the unused credits of the Superbonus, Sismabonus and the Architectural Barriers Bonus are spread over 10 years. Starting from 2 May it will therefore be possible to communicate the options through the Revenue website. The subjects involved are the building companies, banks and other assignees who have credits that have not yet been used and that cannot be used through the F24 and for which the first option was communicated by 31 March. According to the Revenue, companies have 10 billion in credits to compensate for the years ranging from 2023 to 2026. Starting from 2 May, to attempt recovery and spread the monstrous amount over subsequent years, just use a new feature available in the reserved area of the Revenue Agency website. The communication may also concern only a part of the available credit installment. Subsequently, therefore, again through communication, the remaining part of the installment and any other credits acquired in the meantime can be paid in installments.
