Superbonus 110% only for low incomes: who can still take advantage of the reliefs

Superbonus and Pnrr
The revision of the Pnrr and the allocation of at least a part of Repower Eu’s resources to energy bonuses should make it possible to free up resources of up to 3 billion euros for the Superbonus. The possibility of accessing the 110% tax discount would only concern the incompetent or those who have such a low income that they do not present a tax return or, even if they do present one, do not benefit from deductions. For all the others, however, the current rules should apply according to which the Superbonus will continue in 2024 with the rate reduced to 70%.
