Superbonus 110%, extension possible until December 31st: pressing even in the majority

Superbonus, the hypothesis of extending the deadline

The new Superbonus approved by the Council of Ministers just three weeks ago seems to be modified. In the wake of other interventions announced as definitive and then immediately put back on the table to be cut, to widen the audience of beneficiaries or because they are at risk of being unconstitutional (from the women’s option to the rave decree), now also the scheme of the super concession for those who renovate the house is back under the magnifying glass. This time, it is not only the 5-star movement that is pressing for an extension, but also the party of the premier, the Brothers of Italy, which thus joins Forza Italia, which has been asking for it for some time. What do the two majority parties want? First of all, set a new deadline for communication of the start of works (Cilas) at 31 December (the terms expired last November 25), making the 110% subsidy also valid for 2023. Then, there is the thorny issue of the assignment of credits, the invitation of the parties to follow the requests of Abi and Ance, the builders’ association: immediately release it for all construction sites started with the use of the F24 and thus give relief to businesses and households, in compliance with the public finance balances already defined by the government when updating the Nadef.
