Dl Work expected in the Chamber
After the trust of the Chamber (207 votes in favour, 127 against and 5 abstentions) and of the Senate (96 s, 55 no and 10 abstentions), expected for today, Thursday 29 June, The vote final to the work decree, approved by the Council of Ministers last May 1st. The measure will then be converted into law. The innovations introduced are different. The extension of smart working for fragile workers in the Public Administration is confirmed until 30 September e in the private sector also for parents with children under the age of 14 until the end of the year. On the front of fixed-term contracts, new, more practicable reasons have been inserted e the possibility of making renewals without reasons within 12 months. Other measures concern tax-free fringe benefits and the new Inclusion Allowance, in force in January 2024 in place of the Citizenship Income.
