Government bonds and spreads
The tension on government bonds eases with falling yields and on the currency front the euro is down slightly to 1.0593 against the dollar. The spread between the BTP and the Bund drops to 191 points, with the Italian ten-year yield falling stands at 4.42%.
The titles
Stellantis flies to Piazza Affari (+3.8%) followed by Pirelli (+3.5%) while Eni is weak (-1.5%), after last year’s financial results. In fact, the accounts for 2022 are not enough to support the stock, the year in which the oil giant saw its adjusted net profit rise (+207% to 13.3 billion) and its net one to 13.8 billion, while operating profit adjusted doubled to $20.4 billion.
