Smart working grows in large companies
Smart working on the rise in large companies but decreasing in small and medium-sized enterprises and in the public administration. These are some of the results of the survey by the Smart Working Observatory of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano which puts in line the new trends and positive aspects related to agile work that today affects 3.6 million people. According to the researchers the new way of working present in 91% of large companies, 53% of SMEs and 67% of public administrations. With obvious cost savings for employers and employees: net savings for workers with two days a week of smart working on average 600 euros per year. For companies, we are talking about savings of around 500 euros per year per station.
