Recruitments, in 41% of cases companies encountered difficulties
Companies that would like to hire but cannot find workers with suitable skills and profiles. In 2022, according to data from the Excelsior-Unioncamere annual report, 60% of companies planned to hire staff but in 41% of cases it encountered difficulties (compared to 32% last year). Among the sectors most in need of workers we find: tourism (75%), health and transport/logistics (72%), public utilities (70%), chemical-pharmaceutical industries and construction (both with 68%) . In terms of expected revenue for 2022, we are talking about 5.2 million, an increase of 11.6% compared to 2021. The problem to be faced, however, is that of mismatch, the misalignment between the demand and supply of labour. So let’s see which skills are most in demand by companies (but more difficult to find).
