In the life of Silvio Berlusconi there have been many loves and important women. Starting with his two ex-wives, Carla Dall’Oglio, mother of Marina and Pier Silvio, and Veronica Lario, with whom he had Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi. But also Francesca Pascale, with whom he had an almost ten-year relationship after his divorce from Lario, and Marta Fascina, his last partner, with whom the Knight had celebrated a symbolic wedding on March 19, 2022 at Villa Gernetto.

Some relationships have ended without controversy, keeping the reasons for the end of the marriage confidential, as in the case of the first wife. Others ended with a long legal battle, such as the divorce from Veronica Lario, or caused uproar as in the case of the separation from Francesca Pascale. The divorce from Veronica Lario

In 1990, when their three children, Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi, had already been born, he married Veronica Lario, born Miriam Bartolini, an actress he had met ten years earlier at the Manzoni theater he owned. A great love ended in a stormy way with letters published in newspapers, denials and tears. The crisis broke out publicly in 2007 when the ex-wife of the Knight wrote a letter to Republic in which he asks for a public apology for the words addressed publicly by Berlusconi to some women present at the Telegatti ceremony, which Lario defined as damaging to my dignity. Then there were the Noemi Letizia case and that of Ruby. In 2009 the Corriere della Sera had reported the news of an individual appeal against the husband, or a request for separation due to fault. The battle over the check

In the first instance it was established that Veronica Lario was entitled to a monthly allowance of 1.4 million euros, a benefit revoked first by the Court of Appeal and then by the Cassation complete with a request for the return of 60 million. The story ends with an out-of-court settlement: he doesn’t pay any more money, she doesn’t return anything.

Francesca Pascale’s severance pay

In 2009 Berlusconi met Francesca Pascale at a rally, as she herself said. The two began dating and the relationship was made official in 2012 with the first public outing on the occasion of the Inter-Milan derby. The two have been together for almost ten years, the end of the relationship is confirmed in March 2020 by a press release from Forza Italia. According to what was reconstructed by the weekly Today Pascale would have received a severance pay of 20 million euros from the Cavaliere. Francesca Pascale in 2022 civilly united with Paola Turci.

The bond with Marta Fascina

In 2020 the Knight became engaged to Marta Fascina, born in 1990, a deputy since 2018, who always remained by his side during his long stay at San Raffaele. Fascina, whom Berlusconi called his wife and with whom he almost married, had created a new, dense network within Forza Italia in recent months, replacing Licia Renzulli in management, for years the most powerful woman in Berlusconi’s close circle.
