Two months to join the Scrapping quaterunder penalty of loss of the benefit. In fact, the 60-day countdown has begun in the Italian municipalities, the race against time, in short, to introduce the facilitated procedure of tax injunctions and not even risk a delay which would already cause exclusion by itself. This was established by the Conversion Law of the Bills decree of 25 May which extended the facilitated definition also to entities that did not rely on the Revenue-Collection Agency for the compulsory recovery of their revenues.
