Ruberti's return: from the Frosinone dispute to the Acea water network

Gualtieri’s former chief of staff was appointed vice president of Acea Ato 2 on the recommendation of the Campidoglio. He resigned last summer after the publication of the Il Foglio video in which he told some members of the local Democratic Party “get down on your knees or I’ll shoot you”

From dust to water. Here is the great return of Albino Ruberti. Nine months after his resignation, the former chief of staff of the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri was indicated by the Metropolitan City as vice president of the Acea Ato 2 company.

He will therefore take care, with managerial duties, of the water network of the capital and of the province for the public-private company.

The appointment actually comes from the Campidoglio, given that the mayor of Rome is also that of the metropolitan city.

Ruberti resigned last August after the publication of the video of the Foglio: a quarrel in the night in Frosinone in which he told some members of the local Democratic Party “kneel or I’ll shoot you”.

The investigation against him by the Frosinone prosecutor’s office is said to be proceeding towards the filing.
