Rocca says no to the waste-to-energy plant: “The waste cycle must be closed first”

“First separate waste collection, then we understand what type of system is needed”. Francesco Rocca surprisingly distances himself from the waste-to-energy plant. And he does it on the day of the presentation with great pomp in front of the big names of the centre-right. “It is also located in a road, the Ardeatina, subject to a restriction.
