Iveco brings bus production back to Italy: they will be built in the new Foggia plant, where the group is already present with the Fpt Industrial site dedicated to industrial engines and has 1,600 employees. The investment of around 40 million euros will benefit from Pnrr funds. When fully operational, a thousand high-tech buses will be produced a year, with zero-emission (electric and hydrogen) and low-emission (methane, biomethane, traditional and biofuel) propulsion and 100 people will work on them.
