Regionals, Demos’ appeal: “A vote for peace: everyone at the polls at 11 to remember the article of the Constitution against war”

With the flag of peace in the background the deputy Paul Ciani launches an appeal to voters in view of the elections in Lazio and Lombardy. “Go and vote at 11, whichever list you want to choose”, he spells out in the video in which he promotes the initiative aimed at voting citizens of the two regions. A symbolic gesture: 11 like the eleventh article of the Constitution, the one that establishes the principle according to which “Italy repudiates war as an instrument of offense to the freedom of other peoples and as a means of settling international disputes”

The objective of the proposal – explains the Roman deputy – is to “promote a pacifist gesture on the occasion of a very important democratic appointment”.
