But the criticisms continue. Speeding up justice makes the objectives of the Pnrr achievable”. «The real vulnerability – he specifies – lies in the mechanism: current standards produce the warranty notice which, by itself, pushes a mayor out of the political landscape. Then maybe acquittal comes, but politics has already found a replacement. There decriminalization it eliminates this collateral damage and it is no coincidence that I receive continuous approval and congratulations from the mayors of the Democratic Party », he assures.

For the rest, Nordio continues to defend his reform – shared by Carlo Calenda and Matteo Renzi -, this time for the part on interceptions, assuring that action will be taken “to fully implement article 15 of the Constitution which affirms the freedom and privacy of conversations. We have now partially intervened to protect the person mentioned in the conversations of others.
