The measure that limited the anti-fascist Network demonstration this afternoon to no more than 50 people, as opposed to the one organized by the far right in memory of a militant of the Italian Social Movement, was canceled by the Pavia Police Commissioner. The decision would have been taken after the controversies arising from an erroneous interpretation of the provision, taken on the basis of art. 18 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security, which could recall links with the anti-rave law and for the possible repercussions that all this could have on the regular conduct of the events.
