According to the Top Employers Institute, the global body that certifies corporate excellence in HR, the group led by Matteo Del Fante confirms its leadership for the quality of policies on the organization and enhancement of human resources

For the fourth consecutive year Poste Italiane is among the best employers according to the Top Employers Institute thanks to his policies for the enhancement of human resources based on the principles of employee welfare, fairness and merit. The Top Employers Institute is the global body that has been certifying corporate excellence in HR policies in 121 countries around the world for 30 years.

The assessment of HR practices and strategies recognized the soundness of the company’s HR policies: from selection to onboarding, from management to development, from internal communication to training, from corporate welfare to diversity & inclusion policies. A set of organizational practices and the development of human and professional potential that facilitates the creation of a work and relationship environment in which each employee can realize his or her talent, thus contributing to the success of the entire Group.
