The Cash War

The latest moves made by the Meloni government in terms of payments – first the raising of the cash ceiling to 5 thousand euros, then the removal of the penalties for merchants who do not use the POS and, finally, the obligation to accept electronic payments from 60 euros — brought the so-called cash war back into the mainstream.
