Pillon: “Protect the children of gay couples? They commanded their own home”

In the interview on The print, the president of the EU Court Koen Lenaerts, explains that «EU law and national law, therefore, complement each other. “Three points. First, jurisdiction is national. Second, the birth is an administrative act, which must correspond to reality. There are no children born from two women or two men, but from a mother. No opening even on adoptions, neither for same-sex couples nor for singles. “Adoption for both singles and gay couples is a pedagogical error.
