Inad at the start: what and what it is for
The Inad, the national index of digital domiciles, officially starts on 6 July. This is a register in which citizens can choose whether to register their digital domicile associated with a certified email address. So as to receive communications with legal value from the Public Administration. Thanks to this novelty, tax refunds, assessments, tax deductions and fines will be notified in real time on citizens’ certified e-mail. Only if the citizen has indicated a Pec address on INAD, will the PA be able to use that certified address to send communications. A way to file the registered letter in paper version for some citizens.
