Inad, bridge period until 30 November

The Inad, the index of Italian digital domiciles, will start from 6 July but until November 30th, less digitized citizens will be able to continue to receive the notified documents of the PA also in paper formto. Whether it’s fines, recommended or warnings from the administrations. An amendment to the PA decree provides for this. In order to guarantee the full inclusion of subjects in the digital divide, until 30 November 2023, the manager of the platform for the digital notification of public administration documents, i.e. PagoPa, sends the addressee without domicile that has not already completed the notification by accessing the platform, the acknowledgment of receipt in paper format and an analogical copy of the deed. A way to create a bridge period and not leave behind those who do not elect a digital domicile via Pec. The higher printing, enveloping and delivery costs, equal to 979,050 euros for 2023, are provided for through the resources allocated for the creation of the platform, equal to 2 million per year.
