Payroll bonus of 350 euros, the one-off payment for trade arrives: who will have it – Corriere.it

Heavier paychecks for about three million service sector workers, of organized modern distribution and cooperation. A one-off 350 euros is coming as an advance on the contractual holiday for expired contracts. The news was communicated by Fisascat-Cisl underlining that the bridge agreement, signed by Confesercenti with Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs, provides for an initial increase of 30 euros in basic pay, pending renewals of national collective agreements.

The amount paid will be 350 euros gross, at the fourth level, and recalculated on the other levels of classification. It will be recognized in two solutions: 200 euros with the salary for January and 150 with that for March. The goal, reads the note, is to provide workers in the sector with a concrete economic response in a complex and multifaceted context, characterized by a high level of inflation, energy price increases and international uncertainty. The signing of the protocol is part of the negotiation process started some time ago for the renewal of the national collective agreement of the sector which expired on 31 December 2019.
