Of the total of 250,000 union contracts with Abi, Intesa with its 72,000 employees accounts for as much as 28.7%. Intesa Sanpaolo will continue its dialogue with the unions in full respect of their reciprocal roles, as has always happened, continuing to consider industrial relations an essential element in achieving the group’s objectives, in the interest of our people and of the bank, continued the spokesperson. Abi’s position
From our point of view, the national contract and the contractual arrangements defined therein remain central.
