Naples, exponent of Forza Italia calls Schlein “animal”. Removed from office, he does not delete the post: “he has had many likes”

“It’s always beautiful to see when animals smile.” He compares Elly Schlein to an animal on Facebook, flanking the offensive message with a photo of the candidate for the national secretariat of the Democratic Party. She receives comments of various kinds under the post, so much so that she brags about it and refuses to remove it. But that post cost him the revocation of the city office that had just been assigned to him in Forza Italia. Among the first to denounce the post against Schlein, the journalist Sandro Rutolo, spokesman for the Schlein motion in Campania and former parliamentarian: «This gentleman is the deputy coordinator of Forza Italia for East Naples. Our solidarity with Elly Shlein – is the message launched on Facebook -. We will ask the judiciary to intervene. But allow me to ask the leaders of Forza Italia to remove the author of this shameful post from the party. What bitterness!».

So the intervention of Iris Savastano, citizen coordinator of Forza Italia. “We take note of the harmful statements of the newly appointed deputy coordinator of the sixth Municipality Giorgio Contovas against the parliamentarian Elly Schlein: we distance ourselves from him and remove him with immediate effect from the office entrusted to him yesterday”.

But Contovas kept the point. During the night he resigned from his post (“Not even 24 hours I resisted in Forza Italia”) and then, again on Fb, he wrote: “I am not removing my post but rather I claim it with pride: a political joke of 1- 2 months ago that received many Likes and shares. Today she’s being pulled out to try and hit someone else. Patience. I resigned from Forza Italia, I won’t let Sandro Ruotolo silence me and I’m waiting for the judiciary to intervene against my satirical post. I’m curious to see what Sandro Ruotolo is worth, if he is really capable of influencing the judiciary with his show utterances ».
