« Past successes must always inspire new ambitions» said Remo Ruffini, president and CEO of Moncler, who said he was «proud of the results achieved in 2022», «a year of great emotions and successes that have surpassed our own expectations”.

In fact, the Moncler group closed the financial year with revenues up 25% to 2.6 billion euros, an Ebit of 775 million with an incidence on revenues of 29.8% and over 600 million euros in Net income. The value of the results “is even more significant if we consider the complicated context in which they were achieved” added Ruffini, who spoke not only of numbers but also of successes, recalling the 70th anniversary of Moncler and 40 of Stone Island. Both recorded double-digit revenue growth, respectively «a record of 2.2 billion and 400 million euros in sales, with solid growth in all geographies in both channels».
Double-digit growth in the second half of the year also for the footwear sector.

What to expect from 2023, which has already started well in all regions? Despite the complexity of the current macroeconomic environment, there is no shortage of opportunities. «We face the year with confidence and energy, with the awareness of being able to count on a flexible and reactive organization and on a clear strategic vision whose priority remains to continue to strengthen our brands, always involving and inspiring new communities, Beyond Fashion, Beyond Luxury ».
