Should Ukraine surrender to negotiate peace? Can you tell us how to convince Russian troops to withdraw, with basic income? The only possibility of reaching a negotiating table is that there is balance in the conflict, and this passes exclusively through support for Ukraine”, added Meloni. “Without support we would have had an annexation, an invasion.
