In the latest SWG estimates disclosed as usual by Tg La7, Fratelli d’Italia – after the first setback in the Ipsos polls on 25 January – still scores a slight decrease, stopping at 30.4 per cent (decrease of 0.4 percent). However, the primacy of Giorgia Meloni remains firm: the second party in the voting projections continues to be the 5 star movementup by 0.4, but only reaches 17.8 per cent (the gap therefore remains well over 10 percentage points).

The Democratic Party is also growing (14.2 percent), whose distance from the M5s however becomes wider, touching the 4 percentage points gap. There League by Matteo Salvini is the party that receives the most favorable trend compared to last week’s estimates, reaching the9 percentcompared to 8.5 percent on January 23. Action-Italy alive remains stable at8.2 percentwhile Forza Italia marks a slight increase, reaching 6.8 percent.

In the second cartel, the first of the forces around 3 percent remains the Green-Italian Left alliance, which stands at around 3.6 percent. Immediately behind, Emma Bonino’s +Europe is estimated at 3.2 percent.
