Meloni: “I want shared reforms but I have the mandate to make them”

“I would like to make a reform that is as widely shared as possible, but I am doing it anyway because I received the mandate from the Italian people”. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni says it, on the eve of the meeting with the opposition, closing the electoral campaign of the center-right in Ancona. “The priority is to bind those who govern to the popular consensus, stability is needed: enough with the legislatures hostage to those who change their tunics, I told the Italians, I owe it to them”.
