Lombardy, Feltri will not preside over the first session of the Regional Council, in his place Fontana (thus avoiding having it done by Sgarbi)

An absolute novelty in over half a century of the history of the Lombardy Region: on Wednesday 15th the president himself who has just been re-elected will be Attilio Fontana to preside over the first session of the Regional Council as a senior councillor. Reason? Vittorio Feltri, who was the oldest among the eighty elected, will decline the invitation, the Brothers of Italy know. The governor will then formally open the twelfth Lombard legislature with the votes for the election of the president of the regional council, the two vice presidents and the secretarial advisers.
