More than 1,600 Ferretti employees receive a performance bonus of 3,505 gross euros each. The trade unions gave the news, adding that the shipbuilding group has also announced important investments and the increase in the organic endowment. Which means new hires for the yacht giant.

The prize

The secretaries Mauro Franzolini of FenealUil, Claudio Sottile of Filca-Cisl and Antonella Arfelli of Fillea-Cgil write: We are extremely satisfied with the results achieved in Ferretti: the achievement of the objective included in the supplementary contract signed in February 2022 allows workers a performance bonus of 3,505 euros gross at the As1 level (national wood industry contract), determined by the value of productivity and the value of per capita production. The agreement signed last November 4 on professional frameworks and on the increase in the allowances connected to them was also implemented. Now – conclude the trade unionists of Feneal, Filca, Fillea – we hope that correct trade union relations will continue as a fundamental element of shared growth and as a determining factor for corporate attractiveness, also for the purpose of direct employment growth.

The dual listing and listing in Milan

For Ferretti, 2023 will therefore be an important year in terms of growth. The company is in fact preparing for the dual listing, i.e. the double quotation in Milan, after the debut of the shares on the Hong Kong market, which took place on March 31, 2022. For the nautical group, which controls prestigious brands such as Wally, Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, Riva, Crn and Custom Line would actually be a return to the Milan Stock Exchange, given that the company had already been listed. Next week the authorities of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange should give the go-ahead for the dematerialisation of the securities, a necessary step to achieve the double listing. In short order, then, Ferretti’s board of directors should decide on the IPO in Milan, convening the shareholders’ meeting which will have to give the last word on the dossier. Initially it was not clear whether Ferretti would land on the London or Milanese market, but in the end everything seems to lean towards a return of Ferretti to Piazza Affari, considering that the Milanese market is considered the most appropriate venue for luxury companies . The debut could take place in the first half of 2023
