It starts with the match between Svitolina and Vondrousova, followed by Jabeur facing Sabalenka, queen of the Australian Open. The program and times

At Wimbledon, today Thursday 13 July, the two semifinals of the women's draw. It will be the first time in the history of the women's competition that we won't find two seeds in the penultimate act. In fact, Elina will face each other Svitolinawildcard and number 76 in the world, and Marketa Vondrousova, number 42 in the rankings (from 2.30pm on Center Court). It must be said that the Ukrainian arrived with this ranking only because she returned just three months ago from maternity leave. Instead, her opponent, the Czech Vondrousova, was a finalist at Roland Garros 2019 and seeded in a Grand Slam for the last time at the 2022 Australian Open.

Who passes, will challenge in the final (the last to triumph at Wimbledon, not seeded, was Billie Jean King in 1963) the winner of the second semifinal between the Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka and the Tunisian Ons Jabeur (to follow, from around 4pm). Two years after the last time, Sabalenka is back in the semifinals of the Championships and aims for the second Grand Slam of the year after her success at the Australian Open. For her part, Jabeur reassembled the Kazakh Elena Rybakina (6-7, 6-4, 6-1), taking revenge after losing the final last year at Wimbledon.

Instead, as regards the men's draw, there is great expectation for the two semifinals tomorrow Friday 14 July with the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Daniil Medvedev and the one between Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic.
The live television entrusted to Sky Sport, which follows Wimbledon 2023 across Sky Sports Summer (201), Sky Sports Arena (204) and Sky Sports Tennis (205). Wimbledon can be streamed on Now TV.
