Even for those who have been and are presidentialists, and there are everywhere in a parliamentarian country that has always apparently been ungovernable, there is a problem: Mattarella. Sergio Mattarella is modest, he always has been. He has been at the Quirinale for eight years. He promises, without even appearing recalcitrant, to stay there for another six years.
