«The first word I introduce is ‘responsibility’. Infrastructure investments are good debt. Maintenance investments are good debt. They are so because they concern the modernization of the country and the safety of citizens ”added the president of Anceferr in his opening report. During the meeting, the strategic nature of the issues addressed was underlined and the need to invest in the country system was highlighted. Anceferr represents 75 companies throughout the national territory, 2.5 billion euros the total annual budget, 3000 employees hired in the companies. Adding the employees between suppliers, builders and maintainers of railway vehicles Anceferr expresses an employment of about 6,000 employees and a total supply chain budget of 5 billion euros, equal to 0.3% of GDP.
