Imu, the first down payment by 16 June
The deadline for the payment of the first advance, equal to 50%, of the Imu 2023 set for 16 June. The remaining amount will be disbursed by 18 December next. The exemption was confirmed for main residences (excluding luxury ones) and related appurtenances, as was the 25% reduction for properties rented at an agreed rental rate. This year, for example, there is also an exemption from payment for buildings that are illegally occupied and therefore cannot be used n available, on condition that a complaint has been presented to the judicial authority for trespassing or that the criminal prosecution for illegal occupation has begun. Deadline also suspended for those who have their residence or legal or operational headquarters in one of the flooded Municipalities of Emilia Romagna (the complete list attached to the flood law decree).
