During her hearing in the Senate, Minister Daniela Santanchè swore on her “honour” of never received warranty notices for the investigation into the accounts of his companies Visibilia. She neither now nor in her long career as an entrepreneur. But after the 40-minute speech in the Chamber, a note released by her department returns to the subject to affirm that the news of being investigated she would only learn it from the media because the information had passed to the newspapers after the file that had been declassified. But nothing was ever communicated to her directly. «Minister Daniela Santanché learns, from press releases released today that would refer to information received from internal sources by the public prosecutor of Milan, that would be entered in the register of suspects (although this did not appear from the certificate extracted at the time in December 2022)» reads the press release. Who continues: “From the press releases it would appear that this information would have been made available to the media, following the de-classification of the related file, de-classification which took place after the statutory period of three months from the start of the investigation”.
When would this happen? At the beginning of 2023, according to the note released by the ministry of Santanchè: «The de-classification would have been ordered around the month of January/February 2023, while the same news – never received by the interested party – would have been provided to the media , in conjunction with the hearing given today in the Senate by the Minister”
