Thus was born the mess of anti-rave standardapproved on Monday by the Council of Ministers and already rejected by dozens of jurists for its technical incomprehensibility and its potential dangers to the freedom of citizens. The rule, as reconstructed by the sheet, was written in haste by the will of the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi. It was the new Minister of the Interior who took action, after receiving the report that the shed where the rave was taking place in Modena was at risk of collapse. Unlike what is reported by several newspapers, Piantedosi did not at all limit himself to recovering from the drawer the rules drawn up by his predecessor, Minister Luciana Lamorgese, but had a completely new text written by his legislative office.
