An agreement that weighs like a boulder on the horizons of the Movement. Another node on the negotiating table that has kept the Five Star leaders busy for months. Beppe Grillo and Giuseppe Conte have to decide what to do. The twofold question. In May, the agreement worth 300 thousand euros per year (divided into two contracts) for the collaboration of the guarantor with the Movement as a communicator expires. The agreement for the renewal – according to internal rumors of the starred – would be “close”, but still pending. And among the folds of the speeches another “rock” would have appeared, a boulder that complicates the internal dynamics of the M5s.

According to rumors, Grillo would no longer be covered by indemnity for any causes related to his role as guarantor since the last political elections. The founder of the Movement had signed an agreement in 2018, on the eve of the elections, with Luigi Di Maio and Davide Casaleggio who protected him for an important amount in the event of legal actions brought against him due to his political role. That contract had arrived precisely following some perplexities from the guarantor, who had hypothesized not to grant the use of the symbol for the Policies (later won by the M5S). Now, with the leaders changed and the legislature over, that protection would have disappeared.
