Government, convened the CDM at 6 pm with rules against violence against women

ROME. The Council of Ministers has been convened for 6 pm at Palazzo Chigi. On the agenda of the meeting the bill with provisions for the fight against violence against women and against domestic violence. Also on the government table is a Dpcm with amendments to the decree of the President of the Republic of 15 March 2010 (n. 90) concerning the consolidated text of the regulatory provisions of the military order, concerning the organization of the Ministry of Defense (preliminary examination).

Also on the agenda at this evening’s meeting is the decree law on urgent provisions for the implementation of obligations deriving from European Union activities and from infringement and pre-infringement procedures pending against the Italian State (Presidency – Business European, Southern, cohesion policies and Pnrr), a bill for the delegation to the government in the field of nursery gardening (Agriculture, food sovereignty and forests), and two Presidential Decrees, the first on the regulation amending the decree of the President of the republic of 11 November 2005 (n. 255), on the structural unification of the Central Board for historical studies and historical institutes, and the second on the amendments to the decree of the President of the Republic of 9 May 1994 (n. 487), concerning rules on access employment in public administrations and the procedures for conducting competitions, single competitions and other forms of recruitment in public employment.
