The fourth decree on incoming bills. The measure will serve to extend those measures introduced to alleviate the pressure of expensive energy on households and businesses. The Council of Ministers is expected to meet at the beginning of the week, perhaps as early as Monday 10 October, to illustrate the draft budgetary plans to be sent to Brussels by 15 October. The new measure will be the result of work shared between the outgoing Draghi government and the new center-right one, even if – given the times – it will probably be approved by the new executive. There is talk of interventions for about 10 billion euros. So let’s see what the measures of the Aid quater decree will be (but the new government could change its name to register the entire operation), measures that could already be approved by the first Council of Ministers.
