From Bologna to Rome: the Railway Marathon to discover the Italy of soft mobility

An unusual railway journey in the heart of central Italy, between Bologna and Rome, to discover destinations away from mass tourism and learn about the offers of the area for walking and cycling lovers. The program

This year is dedicated to the territory ofEtruria and will therefore start at 11 on April 27th going up from Bologna on the train to Porretta Terme using the historic pass of the Porrettana railway. Saturday April 29th from Viterbo a train will take you to Anguillara for the delivery of the recognition of Station with High Historical, Touristic and Environmental Value assigned by the Association Europeenne des Cheminots (AEC). Restart from Anguillara and arrive at 11.35 ad Appiano Proba Petronia. Walk to the next station along the stretch of the Monte Ciocci – San Pietro cycle path.
