Fixed-term contracts, youth bonuses, Gal and Gil, early pensions, single allowance: here are the novelties of the Labor Decree

The decree law on work: all the contents
Simpler term contracts; bonus on the recruitment of young people; extension until 2025 of the expansion contracts; increase of the single allowance extended to orphan minors with only one working parent. The decree law on Labor which will be approved in one of the next meetings of the Council of Ministers contains a substantial part on work and pensions, in addition to the heart of the provision, represented by the reform of the citizen’s income, with the introduction, from next January 1st, of two measures: the Gil, Guarantee for work inclusion, which can be requested by families, with ISEE up to 7,200 euros, including at least one minor, a disabled person, an elderly person over 60 or a disabled person civil; the Gal, Guarantee for work activation, which can be requested by families with Isee up to 6 thousand euros, made up only of adults between 18 and 59 years of age, therefore without the presence of people belonging to the categories that give the right to the Gil. Like the current income, Gil will have a basic amount for a single person of 500 euros per month plus a contribution of up to 280 for any rent and will last 18 months, renewable, but for 12 months. The amount of the Gal will be 350 euros for a single person and 525 for a couple.
