The Prosecutor’s Office Figc closed the investigations relating to the so-called “salary maneuver” of Juventus, sending the relative notification to the Juventus club. Lack of loyalty

On today’s three strands, Juventus now has 2 weeks to present its counter-arguments.
The other clubs involved
The positions of the 6 clubs (Sampdoria, Atalanta, Sassuolo, Udinese, Bologna and Cagliari) that have negotiated, signed or in any case agreed «confidential agreements in transfer market transactions without filing the federal forms and/or filing documents bearing different agreements from those concluded” will be evaluated – according to the position of the Prosecutor’s Office of the football federation on the line of partnerships challenged today against Juventus – at the conclusion of the investigations underway by the judiciary”.
