Fedriga re-elected in Friuli Venezia Giulia: it is over 60 percent. No vaxes pass the Third Pole

There shouldn’t have been any surprises and there weren’t any surprises. Massimiliano Fedriga was re-elected president of Friuli Venezia Giulia, garnering over 60 percent of the votes. He wins the center-right coalition while thereThe final voter turnout was 45 percent.
Massimo Moretuzzo, supported by the centre-left, stopped at around 30 per cent, already complimenting his opponent. But the most striking result, if the partial data were to be confirmed, is the probable overtaking of Giorgia Tripoli, candidate of a party inspired by the “No Vax” (Free Together) movement, given just over 4 percent, over Alessandro Maran, proposed by the Third Pole, stuck at 2 percent. Furthermore, since the threshold for accessing the council is 4 percent, Azione-Italia viva and + Europa risk not having even one representative in the Region.
The lists
In the centre-right, the primacy of the Brothers of Italy seems to be declining, given around 20 per cent. A consensus partly eroded by the League, in clear recovery compared to the September Policies, and partly by Fedriga’s personal list, both at 17 percent. Looking instead at the parties in support of Moretuzzo, the Democratic Party stands at 17 percent, driven by the new secretary Elly Schlein. While the 5 Star Movement is starting to become the other great loserwith a figure for now of 2.5 percent: much lower than the September Policies but in line with the lack of familiarity of Giuseppe Conte’s party in local elections.
