It was logical to expect that the game was not yet completely closed on the Superbonus. It was obvious that the opposition would return to office. But that the malandrino amendment bears the signature of the Brothers of Italy is a novelty that questions one of the first decisions with which Giorgia Meloni wanted to mark the discontinuity with respect to previous governments. The amendment in question intervenes on the milleproroghe decree, currently being converted in the Senate, and moves from 31 March to 30 June 2023 the useful deadline for the maxi tax credit of 110 per cent for single-family houses whose works, to 30 last September, had not exceeded 30 per cent of the total intervention.
