What’s new in the new Labor decree
The windows for early retirement are increased from two to three of the so-called “precocious” workers and will correspond to those already foreseen for the Ape sociale (March 31st, July 15th and November 30th). This is the main novelty on social security matters arriving in the Labor decree. Nothing changes, however, for Option woman: the government has in fact decided not to introduce the easing of the access requirements introduced by the latest budget law. However, the text of the decree modifies the mechanism that regulates “reunifications”: aligning the annual rate of return expected on contributions to that recognized by the contribution system (five-year average of GDP) and not anchored to the current 4.5%. In the end, extension of another two years for «expansion contracts», which allow workers of companies with at least 50 employees to retire early. So let’s try to better understand what changes or doesn’t change in the pension universe with the new decree.
