Excluded from the parliamentarians, Claudia Majolo (with Borrè) is ready to sue the M5s

The activist turned to the lawyer known for appeals against Conte and grillini, in defense of the dissidents. She intends to “challenge the exclusion order” and denounces that she was ousted from the primaries for the September 25 elections and subsequently from those for the Lazio regional elections

“In the name and on behalf of Avv. Claudia Majolo, a member of the 5-star Movement, I inform you that the aforementioned intends to challenge the provision of exclusion from the M5s electoral list…”. These are the aftermath of the Grilline primaries, those relating to the Lazio regional elections and those – previous ones – which decided the names for the political elections of last September 25th.

The protagonist of the story is precisely the activist Claudia Majolo, who twice tried, in vain, to run as a candidate with the grillini. For this reason she turned to Lorenzo Borrè, the lawyer of the appeals against Giuseppe Conte and against the M5s, always on the side of the pentastellati dissidents, who promptly took charge of the matter, sending a letter to the guarantee committee (which you can find below ) through which the appeal of the provision is announced and at the same time the list of mediators envisaged by the M5s statute is requested: among these, by drawing lots, one is identified who will then have to express his opinion on the dispute.

They are contested, apparently, by a political past that is not in line with pentastellate instances, admiration for Silvio Berlusconi – dating back to some posts of almost 10 years, for which she really cannot be forgiven. On the occasion of the parliamentary elections, before September, Majolo was effectively – due to the preferences received – among the candidates, in a position that in the light of the electoral result in Campania would have allowed her to arrive in Rome. “After winning the parliamentarians, I received an email of exclusion from the lists. The motivation I gave myself is that of the mud campaign concocted against me: some posts from the past have been recovered from my Facebook profile in which I spoke of Berlusconi“, Majolo explained in September, asking for explanations and a meeting with political leader Giuseppe Conte.

A few months later Majolo tried again, on the occasion of the Lazio regional matches. But this time his run was stopped even before the vote of the members. “Excluded again. With an email invoking article 5, according to which I would be suspended from the Movement, a suspension which, however, had never been communicated to me”, he said immediately afterwards, before turning to Lorenzo Borrè, who on 11 January passed to stamped papers.
